Before you book
- A 50% deposit is due when you book, and the balance is due at check-in.
- For a full refund, cancel at least 30 days ahead for winter stays or 48 hours ahead for summer and fall stays. A $25 booking fee applies to all cancellations.
- Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM at Alpine Village Suites; at Cottam's Lodge, check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Everyone checks in at the Alpine Village Suites front desk.
- Pets are welcome for $20 per night per pet, up to two per room.
